Quotation requests

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or guarantee a price, product availability, certification, delivery date, or commercial term.

Pricing and delivery

Any written quotation is subject to confirmation of model, specification, quantity, destination, currency, Incoterms, freight, taxes, lead time, payment terms, and any applicable certification or test-documentation requirements.

Product documentation

Certification and test documentation are provided only where available for the quoted model and the confirmed destination market. Do not rely on general page statements as proof of product eligibility.

Communication

We aim to respond to completed quotation inquiries within one business day. A response time is not a guarantee and may vary by time zone, product complexity, and public holidays.
