Information collected

When you submit a quotation inquiry, we collect the information you enter in the form: name, country, email, WhatsApp/phone, and optionally business type. We also record the page URL from which the inquiry was sent.

How we receive and store your data

Inquiry data is received through this website’s content management system (EyouCMS guestbook interface) and stored on our secured servers for handling quotation requests and related business follow-up. Authorized sales and customer-service staff access the data only as needed to respond to your inquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your quotation request, prepare relevant product or catalog information, and keep records of the business communication related to that request. We do not use the form submission for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.

Automatic collection and third-party services

This website is delivered through Cloudflare. On page load, Cloudflare Insights Beacon (a performance and analytics script) is loaded automatically. It collects technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referrer, request timestamps, and similar network access logs. We use this data to operate the site securely, measure performance, and prevent abuse. This collection occurs whether or not you submit the quotation form.

To reply to your inquiry, we also use business communication tools such as email and WhatsApp/Meta, and customer relationship management systems operated on our behalf. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services and may process data in countries other than your own.

This website uses the TikTok Pixel (an advertising measurement tag). On page load, it automatically collects technical data such as pages viewed, button clicks, device and browser information, and IP-based approximate location, and shares this with TikTok to measure the performance of our ads. This collection occurs whether or not you submit the quotation form. Data collected via the Pixel is also governed by TikTok's own privacy policy. You can block cookies or tracking in your browser settings at any time; the page will still work.

Retention

We retain quotation inquiry records for up to 24 months after the last business interaction related to that inquiry, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first—unless a longer period is required for applicable legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete your data;
• restrict or object to certain processing; and
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully).
